Help for the Online shop

When you click on this symbol, you can place products in your virtual shopping basket. The cumulative total for the goods you have selected is displayed in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Once you have placed all the items you wish to purchase in your shopping basket, please click “To the Payout”.

Gives you an Summary of all the products you already have in your shopping basket. You can remove items from the basket, or change the order quantity.

Currency
            converter

The left area of this window contains a small currency button. Choose your local currency and our shop script then calculates the amount in your chosen currency at the prevailing exchange rate.

Note: at present, the currencies are only adjusted automatically from Monday to Friday and are only intended as a guide. Payment for all purchased goods takes place in Euro. Slight changes from actual currency rates are possible.

Summary

Prices & Taxes

All prices are unit costs and represent end prices in EURO, including VAT at 20%. For corporate and business customers, the VAT is shown separately.

 Shipments of goods to countries outside the EU are not subject to VAT, so in these cases, the shop price minus VAT shall apply.

Shipment and delivery times

Europe: we do not charge transport on nativity figures delivered to countries within Europe. For heavy items (nativity stables) we charge transport at cost.

Overseas: for overseas shipments, we charge a lump-sum transport cost of
Euro 14.50.

Collections from our premises: for anyone collecting their goods from our premises (A-1080 Vienna, Albertgasse 54), we offer a special collection discount of -3%.

In all cases, we supply goods within 5 days. Delays may occur if the desired item is not held in stock and needs to be produced to order.

These delivery times are dependent on the mode of transport. Please advise us if you require an express delivery. We will then bill you, but only for the costs incurred by ourselves.

Payment modes

We accept credit card payments from VISA, MASTERCARD or DINERS. For your safety, all data are of course transmitted in encrypted SSL format using the 128 bit process.

You may prefer not to send your credit card details over the Internet? You can instead send us your card number by fax (0043-1-405 93 41) or by ‘phone (0043-1-405 27 89). In our shop you can also select “You already hold my details on file”

All the data communicated to us during the order process / business relationship are only stored, processed or used as required in order to transact your order, to amend it if necessary or to implement it. We do not set up user profiles. We do not communicate your data to any third parties.
